Ingredients
1.5 lbs Kielbasa , sliced
1 C apricot preserves
1/2 C Maple syrup
2 tbsp. bourbon (or apple juice)
Directions
1) Combine everything in the crock pot.
2) Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 4 hours
Total: 4 hours 5 minutes
Serves: 24 pieces
-You can easily double or triple this recipe. This makes a great appetizer for parties/ gatherings but can also be used as main dinner dish with some sides of your choice.
